3 Definitions

In this regulation—

judgment of the Local Court means a judgment of the Local Court in its civil jurisdiction.

maintenance order means an order for maintenance under the Act, Part 3.

periodic maintenance order means an order for periodic maintenance under the Act, Part 3.

proceedings, for Part 2—see section 4.

the Act means the Property (Relationships) Act 1984.

The Act and the Interpretation Act 1987 contain definitions and other provisions that affect the interpretation and application of this regulation.
