#### 33 Cessation of order—child care responsibilities 33 Cessation of order—child care responsibilities > Where a court makes an order under this Part for periodic maintenance, being an order made where the court is satisfied solely as to the matters specified in section 27 (1) (a), the order shall cease to have effect on the day on which the person in whose favour the order was made ceases to have the care and control of the child of the relationship, or the children of the relationship, as the case may require, in respect of whom the order was made. > > **s 33:** Am 1999 No 4, Sch 1 \[27\].
