73 Execution of deeds by an individual (1) Where an individual executes a deed, he shall either sign or place his mark upon the same and sealing alone shall not be deemed sufficient. (2) This section shall apply only to deeds executed after the commencement of this Act. S. 73A inserted by No. 9043 s. 4.
