263 The disposition by the trustee of the land of a bankrupt tenant in tail to have operation in the event of his death Any disposition under this Part by the trustee aforesaid of land of which the bankrupt is or becomes as aforesaid an actual tenant in tail shall, although the bankrupt is dead at the time of the disposition, be as valid and effectual as the same would have been, and have the same operation under this Part as the same would have had, if the bankrupt was alive.
