234I Transitional provision—Property (Co‑ownership) Act 2005 Part IV as in force immediately before the commencement of section 5 of the **Property (Co‑ownership) Act 2005** continues to apply in respect of any proceeding commenced in the Supreme Court or the County Court under that Part before that commencement as if Part IV had not been substituted by that Act.
