187A Transitional provision—Property (Co‑ownership) Act 2005 Section 187 as in force immediately before the commencement of section 3 of the **Property (Co‑ownership) Act 2005** continues to apply in respect of any proceeding commenced in the Supreme Court or the County Court under that section before that commencement as if section 187 had not been amended by that Act.
