167 Abolition of separate examination of, acknowledgment by married women, and of concurrence of husband Every disposition (including a disclaimer) of real or personal property or any interest therein which under the enactments in force prior to the commencement of this Act might have been made by a married woman after a separate examination or after acknowledgment or with the concurrence of her husband may (except in the case of an acknowledgment under Part VI of this Act) after the commencement of this Act be made by her without any such examination, acknowledgment or concurrence or some or all of them.
