136 Division to apply to leases under Transfer of Land Act 1958
The provisions of this Division shall apply to leases and sub-leases of land under the **Transfer of Land Act 1958** notwithstanding anything in that Act contained, and for the purposes of this Division ***lease*** includes so far as circumstances will admit any instrument of letting whether under seal or not[[31]](#endnote-32).
