128 Power in section 127 to be substituted for remedies in section 125 The power to appoint a receiver conferred by the last preceding section shall (where the annual sum is charged on a rentcharge) take effect in substitution for the remedies conferred, in the case of annual sums charged on land, by section one hundred and twenty-five, and section one hundred and twenty-six shall apply and have effect as if re‑enacted in and in terms made applicable to the last preceding section.
