121 Statutory transfer and mortgage combined If the deed of transfer is made in the Form (C) it shall, by virtue of this Part, operate not only as a statutory transfer of mortgage, but also as a statutory mortgage, and the provisions of the last three preceding sections shall have effect in relation thereto accordingly.
