102 Power to appoint receiver in the case of mortgage under the Transfer of Land Act 1958 The provisions of subsection (1) of the last preceding section so far as they relate to the power to appoint a receiver shall apply to a mortgage under the **Transfer of Land Act 1958** and in applying such provisions the expression ***mortgage deed*** shall be construed as including an instrument of mortgage under the said Act.
