95 Offence—failure to comply with approved code of practice (1) A licensee commits an offence if— code of practice; and (c) the licensee intended to not comply with the approved code of practice. (2) A licensee commits an offence if— code of practice; and (c) the licensee is reckless about complying with the approved code of practice. (3) A licensee commits an offence if— code of practice.
