94 Offence—failure to comply with licence condition (1) A licensee commits an offence if— (b) the licensee fails to comply with the condition; and (c) the licensee intended to not comply with the condition. Maximum penalty: 500 penalty units. (2) A licensee commits an offence if— (b) the licensee fails to comply with the condition; and (c) the licensee is reckless about complying with the condition. (3) A licensee commits an offence if— (b) the licensee fails to comply with the condition.
