65 Exercise of powers unaffected by approvals etc (1) To remove any doubt, the registrar is not prevented from exercising a power under this part in relation to a matter only because a certificate or approval (however described) has been issued in relation to the matter under the following: (b) the Construction Occupations (Licensing) Act 2004 or an operational Act for that Act; (c) the Planning Act 2023. operational Act, for the Construction Occupations (Licensing) Act 2004—see that Act, section 16.
