56 Offence—hindering or obstructing authorised contractor (1) An person commits an offence if— (a) the Territory authorises a person to do something under section 55 (the rectification work); and (b) the person knows the authorised contractor is authorised to do the rectification work; and

Rectification work arranged by Territory Division 5.3 (c) the person hinders or obstructs the authorised contractor in doing the rectification work. (2) Strict liability applies to subsection (1) (c).
