53 Occupier of land may be required to permit rectification work (1) If a rectification order is made against a person, the registrar may, in writing, order the occupier of the land to permit reasonable access to the land within a stated period (an access order) to allow the rectification order to be complied with. (2) A person commits an offence if the person fails to comply with an access order.
