21 Content of licence (a) gives a licence or renews a licence; or (b) varies a licence under section 22 (Variation of licence) or division 4.2 (Regulatory action). (2) The registrar must give the licensee a licence that states— (a) the name of the licensee; and (b) a unique identifying number for the licence; and (c) the term of the licence; and (d) any conditions on the licence; and (e) any other information prescribed by regulation. (3) A licence may include any other information the registrar considers relevant.
