15 Registrar may request more information (1) The registrar may, in writing, require an applicant under section 11 or section 13 to give the registrar information that the registrar reasonably needs to decide the application. (2) Without limiting subsection (1), the registrar may require an additional rating report or a rating report that includes stated information to be provided by the applicant. (3) If the applicant does not comply with a requirement under subsection (1), the registrar may refuse to consider the application further.
