102 Consideration of complaint (1) The registrar must take reasonable steps to consider each complaint accepted for consideration. (2) The registrar’s consideration of a complaint may be conducted in any way the registrar decides, unless otherwise expressly provided by this Act. Example—s (2) the registrar may decide to split a complaint and consider the parts separately
