Tasmania regulation
These regulations amend the Property Agents and Land Transactions Regulations 2017 and take effect when the Property Agents and Land Transactions Amendment Act 2020 commences. They give the instrument a formal title and record that the textual amendments have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Principal Regulations. They affect persons regulated by the 2017 Regulations (for example, property agents and parties to land transactions) by making the amended regulatory text the operative law; the Department of Justice administers them.

These regulations may be cited as the Property Agents and Land Transactions Amendment Regulations 2022 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which the provisions of the Property Agents and Land Transactions Amendment Act 2020 commence.
In these regulations, the Property Agents and Land Transactions Regulations 2017 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
