134 Trust account

In this Act –

[Section 134 Amended by No. 29 of 2022, s. 83, Applied:01 Jul 2023] trust account means an account, maintained for the purposes of this Act in the State, with the words “trust account” in its title that is kept with an approved institution in the name of a person who is or has been –

(a) a real estate agent named in Part 1(1) of the Register; or

(b) a property manager named in Part 2(1) of the Register; or

(c) a general auctioneer named in Part 3(1) of the Register.
