111 Costs and expenses of hearings

(1)  [Section 111 Subsection (1) substituted by No. 7 of 2025, s. 186, Applied:01 Jul 2025] The Tribunal may order a party to proceedings to pay all or part of the costs of another party to those proceedings if the Tribunal considers it appropriate to do so.

(2)  [Section 111 Subsection (2) substituted by No. 7 of 2025, s. 186, Applied:01 Jul 2025] Section 120(1), (2), (3) and (4) of the Tasmanian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2020 do not apply in relation to proceedings under this Act.

(3)  An order for costs may be enforced as if the costs were a debt due to the person to whom they were awarded.
