75C Substitution of party to agreement If under a transfer order the rights and liabilities of the Secretary, Project Development under an agreement are transferred to the transferee transport body— (a) the transferee transport body becomes, on the transfer date, a party to the agreement in place of the Secretary, Project Development; and (b) on and after the transfer date, the agreement has effect as if the transferee transport body had always been a party to the agreement.
