61 Property transferred to Head, Transport for Victoria On the commencement day— (a) all property and rights of the Secretary DIIRD body corporate relating to a specified transport project vest in the Head, Transport for Victoria; and (b) all liabilities of the Secretary DIIRD body corporate relating to a specified transport project become liabilities of the Head, Transport for Victoria.
