#### 23C Regulations under Customs Act The Minister who administers the Customs Act 1901 must take all reasonable steps to ensure that regulations are made, within 6 months after the commencement of this section, permitting, subject to appropriate conditions or restrictions, the import and export of human embryonic stem cell lines which have been derived from human embryo clones using practices consistent with Australian legislation.
