#### 36 Risk management strategies 36 Risk management strategies > > (1) If an occupational association seeks the approval of the Council under section 7 to a scheme, it must furnish the Council with: > > > > > (a) a detailed list of the risk management strategies intended to be implemented in respect of its members, and > > > > > (b) the means by which those strategies are intended to be implemented. > > > (2) The means of implementation may be imposed as a condition of membership or otherwise. > > > (3) The strategies are to apply in addition to other statutory requirements and must not be inconsistent with them.
