65 Making a complaint on behalf of another person The following people may make a complaint under section 64 on behalf of an aggrieved person: (a) a person who is the agent of the aggrieved person; (b) a person who has guardianship or control of the affairs of the aggrieved person under another law or an order of a court or tribunal.
