10 Appointment of Australian Capital Territory Professional Engineers Registrar (1) The director-general must appoint a public servant as the Australian Capital Territory Professional Engineers Registrar. Note For laws about appointments, see the Legislation Act, pt 19.3. (2) A person must be appointed for a term not longer than 5 years. (3) An appointment is a notifiable instrument.
