Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This Ministerial declaration (under section 110d of the Superannuation Act 1976) replaces five monetary figures in the Act’s productivity‑contribution table, with the substituted amounts taking effect from 1 July 1990. It directly changes the numeric bases used for productivity‑contribution calculations. Parties subject to the Act’s contribution rules must use the new figures for payment and reporting and may need to update payroll and compliance processes accordingly.
