8 Application of this instrument
This instrument applies to a claim for product stewardship (oil) benefit that is made: (a) on or after the commencement of this instrument; or (b) before that commencement, if the amount of the benefit for the claim was not assessed under section 17 of the Product Grants and Benefits Administration Act 2000 before that commencement.
