#### 35 Annual report by Minister As soon as practicable after the end of each financial year, the Minister must cause to be laid before each House of the Parliament a report relating to: (a) the operation of the product stewardship arrangements for oil (including this Act); and (b) any other matters that the Minister thinks relevant.
