#### 32 Disqualification of partnership—partner disqualified etc. Despite the provisions of Part 3 and the entitlement Acts, a partnership is disqualified, and is taken to have been disqualified, from receiving a grant or benefit in relation to a particular time if any of the following entities is disqualified under section 29 or 30 from receiving that grant or benefit in relation to that time: (a) a partner; (b) an individual who: (i) is an employee of the partnership; and (ii) is concerned in, or takes part in, the management of the partnership; (c) in a case where a partner is a body corporate: (i) a director of the body corporate; or (ii) the secretary of the body corporate; or (iii) a person (by whatever name called and whether or not a director of the body corporate) who is concerned in, or takes part in, the management of the body corporate.
