#### 31 Disqualification of body corporate—executive disqualified etc. Despite the provisions of Part 3 and the entitlement Acts, a body corporate is disqualified, and is taken to have been disqualified, from receiving a grant or benefit in relation to a particular time if any of the following individuals is disqualified under section 29 or 30 from receiving that grant or benefit in relation to that time: (a) a director of the body corporate; (b) the secretary of the body corporate; (c) a person (by whatever name called and whether or not a director of the body corporate) who is concerned in, or takes part in, the management of the body corporate.
