23 Payment of grants or benefits
(1) If you are entitled to a grant or benefit in respect of a claim period: (a) the grant or benefit is a debt due to you by the Commissioner on behalf of the Commonwealth; and (b) you may recover the grant or benefit by action in a court of competent jurisdiction. (2) Grant or benefits are payable by the Commonwealth in the manner determined by the Commissioner.
