17 Assessment
(1) This section applies to you if you have made a claim for a grant or benefit in respect of a claim period. (2) The Commissioner must make an assessment of the amount of the grant or benefit to which you are entitled in respect of the claim period.
Note: Under section 5, assessment includes a nil assessment.
