53 Record‑keeping requirements
Section 40 applies in relation to: (a) importing an emissions‑controlled product on or after 1 July 2018; and (b) supplying an emissions‑controlled product on or after 1 July 2018 and on or before 30 June 2020 if: (i) the product was manufactured in Australia; and (ii) the supply is the first supply of the product; and (c) supplying an emissions‑controlled product on or after 1 July 2020.
