37 Revoking exemptions
(1) The Secretary may, by notice in writing published on the Department’s website, revoke an exemption in whole or in part if the Secretary is reasonably satisfied that: (a) the product or products to which the exemption relates will not be used or otherwise dealt with as mentioned in the exemption category nominated in the application for the exemption; or (b) a condition to which the exemption is subject has not been complied with. (2) The revocation takes effect on the day specified in the notice. (3) To avoid doubt, the Secretary may revoke an exemption whether or not the Secretary has suspended the exemption.
