35 Varying exemptions
(1) The Secretary may, at any time, by notice in writing published on the Department’s website, vary an exemption to: (a) include a condition; or (b) amend or remove a condition included under subsection 34(2) or this subsection. (2) The variation takes effect on the day specified in the notice.
