24 Revoking Australian certificates of conformity

(1) The Secretary may, by notice published on the Department’s website, revoke an Australian certificate of conformity for emissions‑controlled products if the Secretary is reasonably satisfied that any of the products do not comply with the Australian emissions standard for the products. (2) The revocation takes effect on the day specified in the notice. (3) To avoid doubt, the Secretary may revoke an Australian certificate of conformity whether or not the Secretary has suspended the certificate.
