#### 32 Power to seize forfeited product (1) An inspector may seize a product that is forfeited under section 31. (2) Without limiting subsection (1), the product may be seized by attaching to the product, or to the container in which the product is held, a notice in writing signed by the inspector that: (a) identifies the product; and (b) states that the product has been seized under this section; and (c) specifies the reason for the seizure. (3) An inspector must give a copy of the notice as soon as practicable to the owner of the product or the person from whom the product was seized.
