Proclamation under the Water and Sewerage Industry Act 2008

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Water and Sewerage Industry Act 2008 fix –

(a) 9 July 2008 as the day on which the provisions of that Act, except section 30 , commence; and

(b) 1 July 2009 as the day on which section 30 of that Act commences.
