I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Vocational Education and Training (Commonwealth Powers) Act 2011 fix 15 February 2012 as the day on which that Act commences.
