I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the TasTAFE (Skills and Training Business) Act 2021 fix 1 July 2022 as the day on which the provisions of that Act commence.
