I, the Administrator in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Professional Standards Act 2005 fix 1 August 2005 as the day on which the provisions of that Act commence.
