I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2(2) of the Personal Property Securities (National Uniform Legislation) Implementation Act 2011 fix 30 January 2012 as the day on which the provisions of that Act, except sections 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 and 7 , commence.
