Tasmania regulation
This proclamation partially revokes the Mount Roland Regional Reserve under the Nature Conservation Act 2002 and publishes the plan showing the area affected (Schedule 1 and Schedule 2). Mechanically, it removes the reserve status from a defined parcel and records that change in the schedules and plan.
The change directly affects the Department of Natural Resources and Environment Tasmania (which administers it), nearby land users and regulators. It changes which conservation rules apply, shifts management responsibility, and may alter permit requirements and costs for parties seeking new uses.
