I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under the section 2 of the Magistrates Court (Administrative Appeals Division) Act 2001 fix 1 July 2002 as the day on which that Act commences.
