Proclamation under the Historic Cultural Heritage Amendment Act 2024

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Historic Cultural Heritage Amendment Act 2024 fix 1 January 2025 as the day on which the provisions of that Act commence.
