Proclamation under the Health Service Establishments Act 2006

I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Health Service Establishments Act 2006 fix 1 October 2011 as the day on which that Act commences.
