Proclamation under the Evidence (Children and Special Witnesses) Amendment Act 2024

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Evidence (Children and Special Witnesses) Amendment Act 2024 fix 31 January 2025 as the day on which the provisions of that Act commence.
